We will process a full refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid in cash, we will refund you via bank transfer or by mailing a check.

Conditions for No-Reason Returns

  1. Product Condition: The product must be in its original, undamaged condition, including all labels, tags, and packaging.
  2. Exclusions:
    • Custom or Personalized Items: These items are tailored to individual specifications and cannot be resold, so they do not qualify for a no-reason return.
    • Perishable or Special Products: Products like perishable items or cosmetics are not eligible for returns to ensure quality and hygiene.

Return Procedure

  1. Initiate Return: Within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, log in to your Magifel account or contact our customer service team at [email protected] to submit a return request. Please provide your order number, product information, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please send the product back to the specified address in its original condition and retain proof of shipment.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. If the product does not meet the conditions for a no-reason return, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
